سوگ طولانی مدت، افسردگی و حس انسجام در دانشجویان

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: اختلال سوگ طولانی‌مدت به عنوان اختلالی جدید در آخرین ویراست راهنمای تشخیصی و آماری اختلال‌های روانی مطرح شده است که با علائم اصلی اشتیاق و نشخوار ذهنی شدید به فرد فوت شده و درد عاطفی، اختلال در عملکرد روزانه مشخص می‌شود. تحقیقات نشان داده است که افسردگی یکی از قوی‌ترین پیش‌بینی‌کننده‌های بالینی سوگ است. حس انسجام یکی از عواملی است که در مدیریت و تجربه سوگ می‌تواند نقش مؤثری داشته باشد. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی رابطه حس انسجام و افسردگی و سوگ طولانی‌مدت در دانشجویان پرداخته است.
روش: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی همبستگی است. ۱۱۳ نفر از دانشجویان استان زنجان در سال ۱۴۰۰ به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس و هدفمند انتخاب و پرسشنامه‌های حس انسجام آنتونووسکی (۱۹۹۳)، سوگ بارت و اسکات (۱۹۹۸) و افسردگی بک (۱۹۹۶) را پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه­ی 22، با روش همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد افسردگی (0/75-=p<0/001،r) با سوگ طولانی‌مدت رابطه مثبت معنی­دار و حس انسجام نیز با سوگ طولانی‌مدت رابطه منفی معنی­ دار (0/55-=p<0/001،r) دارند. بین حس انسجام و افسردگی رابطه منفی معنی­دار (0/27-=p<0/001،r) وجود دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد ۸۳ درصد از واریانس اختلال سوگ طولانی‌مدت را متغیر‌های اختلال افسردگی و حس انسجام با هم به طور مشترک تبیین می‌کنند. به نظر می‌رسد میزان حس انسجام نقش مؤثری بر سپری کردن دوره سوگواری و پیشگیری یا ابتلا به اختلال سوگ طولانی‌مدت دارد، بدین ترتیب ضعف در حس انسجام با افزایش احتمال ابتلا به اختلال سوگ طولانی‌مدت همراه است
