اثربخشی مداخله رفتاری سلامت محور بر رضایت از زندگی افراد دارای کم توانی جسمی - حرکتی شاغل در ادارات دولتی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: رضایت از زندگی ساختاری از رفاه ذهنی است که به چگونگی ارزیابی افراد از کیفیت جنبه‌های خاص زندگی خود مانند کار، ازدواج، سلامت، تفریح و همچنین کیفیت جنبه‌های کلی‌تر زندگی خود مانند شادی، روحیه و شوق برای زندگی و آرامش خاطر مربوط می‌شود. بنابراین، هدف پژوهش تعیین اثربخشی مداخله رفتاری سلامت­محور بر رضایت از زندگی افراد دارای کم­توانی جسمی-حرکتی شاغل در ادارات دولتی شهر یاسوج بود.
روش: این پژوهش به روش نیمه ­آزمایشی و از نوع پیش ­آزمون–پس ­آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعۀ آماری شامل افراد دارای کم­توانی جسمی-حرکتی شاغل در ادارات دولتی شهر یاسوج بودند، که به‌صورت هدفمند 40 نفر از آنان (20 نفر گروه آزمایش و ۲۰ نفر گروه کنترل) به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. آزمودنی­ ها به پرسش‌نامه رضایت از زندگی در پیش­ آزمون و پس ­آزمون پاسخ دادند و مداخله رفتاری سلامت­ محور به مدت ۸ جلسه ۹۰ دقیقه­ ای برای گروه آزمایش برگزار گردید و گروه گواه مداخله ­ای دریافت نکردند. داده­ ها با نرم­افزار SPSS 26 و آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس تحلیل شدند.  
یافته‌ها: نتایج به‌دست آمده از مقایسه پس­ آزمون مولفه­ ی رضایت از زندگی (شامل رضایت از خانواده، دوستان، محیط کاری، محیط زندگی و خود) در دو گروه با کنترل کردن اثر پیش ­آزمون، نشان داد نمرات مولفه رضایت از زندگی افراد دارای کم­توانی جسمی-حرکتی که در گروه آزمایش شرکت داشتند، نسبت به آنهایی که در گروه کنترل جایگزین شده بودند افزایش معناداری دارد (0/05 ≥P)؛ و بیشترین رضایت گروه آزمایش پس از شرکت در مداخلات رفتاری سلامت­محور، «رضایت از محیط زندگی» بوده است.
نتیجه­ گیری: می ­توان نتیجه گرفت که مداخله رفتاری سلامت­ محور رویکردی موثر در افزایش رضایت از زندگی افراد دارای کم­توانی جسمی-حرکتی است. پیشنهاد می شود چنین تحقیقی در بین افراد دارای کم­توانی حسی، مانند نابینایان و ناشنوایان نیز انجام شود و جزء اولویت­های پژوهشی ادارات قرار بگیرد.
