اثربخشی درمان گروهی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر احساس تنهایی و سازگاری زناشویی در زنان مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر بم

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان گروهی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر احساس تنهایی و سازگاری زناشویی در زنان مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر بم انجام شده است.
روش: روش پژوهش، نیمه ­آزمایشی با طرح پیش ­آزمون-پس­ آزمون با گروه کنترل است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل کلیۀ زنان متاهلی بود که به‌دلیل مشکلات روان‌شناختی به مراکز مشاوره شهر بم در مرداد ماه تا مهر ماه سال 1403 مراجعه کرده بودند. 40 نفر به‌عنوان نمونۀ پژوهش انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (20 نفر) و کنترل (20 نفر) گمارده شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسش‌نامۀ احساس ‌تنهایی راسل و همکاران (UCLA) (1980) و مقیاس سازگاری دو عضوی گراهام اسپانیر (DAS)  (1976) بوده است. گروه آزمایش تحت 10 جلسه ۹۰ دقیقه­ای درمان پذیرش و تعهد قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیره در نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 27 تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که با کنترل اثر پیش­ آزمون، بین میانگین پس ­آزمون دو گروه آزمایش و گواه در متغیرهای احساس تنهایی (0/01 ≥P) و سازگاری زناشویی (0/01 ≥P) تفاوت معنی ­داری وجود دارد که نشان‌دهندۀ تأثیر درمان پذیرش و تعهد است (0/01 ≥P).
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته ­های پژوهش، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که این نوع درمان به‌عنوان درمان روان‌شناختی در جهت توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی و افزایش سازگاری زناشویی و کاهش احساس تنهایی زنان مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک ­ها و مراکز روان‌شناختی مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
