نقش میانجی تاب آوری روانشناختی در رابطه ترومای دوران کودکی با رفتارهای خود آسیبی غیرخودکشی در دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه دوم

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: بدرفتاری با کودک یک مشکل بهداشت عمومی گسترده با پیامدهای نامطلوب سلامت جسمی و روانی کوتاه‌مدت یا بلندمدت برای کودکان است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای تاب‌آوری روان‌شناختی بین ترومای دوران کودکی و رفتارهای خود آسیبی غیر خودکشی نوجوانان بود.
روش: روش پژوهش حاضر، همبستگی از نوع تحلیل مسیر بود. جامعۀ آماری مطالعه حاضر تمامی دانش‌آموزان مشغول به تحصیل مقطع متوسطۀ دوم شهر بم در سال تحصیلی 1404-1403 بود که با توجه به جامعۀ آماری ‌‌حداقل حجم نمونه 330 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه­ای انتخاب شد. ابزارهای مورد استفاده مقیاس تاب­آوری (کانر و دیویدسون،2003)، پرسش‌نامۀ رفتارها و کارکردهای خود جرحی (خانی پور، 1393) و فرم کوتاه پرسش‌نامۀ ترومای دوران کودکی برنشتاین و فینک (1998) بود. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که ترومای دوران کودکی بر رفتارهای خود آسیبی غیر خودکشی اثر مستقیم دارد (0/05>P). ترومای دوران کودکی اثرات پیش‌بینی غیرمستقیم قابل‌توجهی بر رفتارهای خود آسیبی غیر خودکشی از طریق تاب­آوری روان‌شناختی (β=-0/157،p< 0/05) داشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته­ های پژوهش می­توان نتیجه گرفت، نوجوانان با ترومای دوران کودکی در صورت اکتساب ظرفیت بالای تاب­آوری روان­شناختی می­توانند کمتر اقدام به رفتارهای خودآسیبی کنند.
