چکیده

مقدمه: مشکلات خواب یکی از شایع ترین اختلالات در کودکان مبتلا به اتیسم است و موسیقی درمانی یک روش درمانی مکمل برای بهبود خواب این کودکان معرفی شده است. هدف از انجام این مطالعه تعیین‌ تاثیر موسیقی‌ درمانی‌ بر کیفیت‌ خواب کودکان 12-4 سال مبتلا به‌ اتیسم‌ مراجعه‌ کننده به‌ مراکز اتیسم‌ همدان بود.
روش: این مطالعه نیمه‌ تجربی بر روی 64 نفر از کودکان 12-4 سال مبتلا به اتیسم مراجعه کننده به مراکز اتیسم شهر همدان صورت گرفت. نمونه ها با روش در دسترس انتخاب و به روش تصادفی در گروه های مداخله و کنترل تخصیص داده شدند. 3 قطعه موسیقی هر شب جمعا به مدت 20 شب 30 دقیقه قبل از خواب اجرا و داده ها با پرسشنامه دموگرافیک و عادات خواب کودک اوونز، اسپریتو و همکاران (۲۰۰۰) در هر دو گروه قبل و بعد از انجام مداخله جمع آوری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 26 صورت گرفت.
یافته ها: نمرات پایه کیفیت خواب در قبل از مداخله بین دو گروه همگن بود و تفاوت معناداری نداشت (P>0/05). در تحلیل درون‌ گروهی، کیفیت خواب در گروه موسیقی ‌درمانی در مرحله بعد از مداخله بهبود معنادار داشت (P<0/05). در گروه کنترل، تغییر معناداری در کیفیت خواب مشاهده نشد (P>0/05). مقایسه بین ‌گروهی در بعد از مداخله و همچنین در پیگیری یک ماه بعد، حتی پس از تعدیل نمره قبل از مداخله با ANCOVA، تفاوت آماری معنادار نشان نداد (P>0/05).
نتیجه گیری: موسیقی ‌درمانی موجب بهبود درون ‌گروهی کیفیت خواب کودکان مبتلا به اتیسم شد، اما اثر بین ‌گروهی معناداری در مرحله بعد از مداخله و پیگیری یک ماهه مشاهده نشد. این یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که موسیقی ‌درمانی می تواند به عنوان یک مداخله مکمل برای بهبود موقت خواب در این جمعیت مفید باشد.
