نقش واسطه‌ای تنظیم هیجان در رابطه بین آگاهی از هیجان با افسردگی در دانش‌آموزان

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: شیوع  افسردگی در بین دانش آموزان مدارس تأثیر منفی شدیدی بر سلامت جسمی و روانی فردی، پیشرفت تحصیلی و ارتباطات بین فردی دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای تنظیم هیجان در رابطه بین آگاهی هیجانی با افسردگی در دانش‌آموزان انجام شد.
روش: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی–همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری کلیه دانش‌آموزان دوره دوم متوسطه شهرستان میان‌جلگه بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری نسبتی، تعداد ۳۶۰ نفر از دانش‌آموزان به‌عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های افسردگی ایرون تی بک (1971)، راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان گارنفسکی و کرایج (2006) و آگاهی هیجانی ریفی و همکاران (2007) استفاده شد. داده‌های گردآوری‌شده با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS نسخه 22 در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. در بخش توصیفی، شاخص‌های آماری نظیر میانگین، انحراف معیار، فراوانی و درصد محاسبه شد و در بخش استنباطی از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) استفاده گردید.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد آگاهی هیجانی تاثیر مستقیم و معناداری برتنظیم هیجان دارد. همچنین تنظیم هیجان اثر منفی معناداری بر افسردگی دانش‌آموزان دارد، لذا بهبود تنظیم هیجان باعث کاهش میزان افسردگی دانش‌آموزان خواهد شد.
نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد آگاهی هیجانی از طریق بهبود راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان، می‌توانند به کاهش سطوح افسردگی در دانش‌آموزان منجر شوند. توصیه می‌شود برنامه‌های آموزشی برای تقویت آگاهی هیجانی و تنظیم هیجان در مدارس اجرا شود. همچنین آگاهی‌بخشی به معلمان و والدین درباره نشانه‌های افسردگی و اهمیت حمایت هیجانی می‌تواند به پیشگیری و مداخله مؤثر کمک کند.
